Popis:	As a conclusion, we would like to emphasize the importance of the Characteristics-(Riemann solver)-based treatment of interface boundary conditions in compressible multimaterial fluid flows (as in the present paper), which provides accuracy and, more importantly, robustness of the overall numerical procedure. These are especially crucial for direct numerical simulation of high-acoustic impedance mismatch (gas-liquid and gas-solid) interfaces.
