This study aimed to explore the associations between MetS risk factors and the lung function. Material and Method: This is a prospective, observational, descriptive study conducted among patients attending at Tertiary care teaching hospital over a period of 1 year. Inclusion criteria: Either gender above the age of 18 years who fulfilled the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) criteria for Metabolic Syndrome to evaluate pulmonary function test (Spirometry) abnormalities.
