Popis: | Multifunctional Fe/Fe3O4@ZnS nanocomposites were synthesized by hydrothermal method, with Fe/Fe3O4 doped Co ion as the magnetic core and ZnS as the luminescent shell. The morphology, structure, luminescent and magnetic properties of the nanocomposites were investigated by XRD, FESEM, photoluminescence PL and VSM. The maximum emission peak and special saturation magnetization Ms of the nanocomposites are at 467 nm and 78.6 emu/g, respectively. For the nanocomposites, it is shown that there are both better magnetic behavior and fluorescence properties. |
