Popis: | In the field of medical technology, transmission of medical images over unsecured networks is a major challenge. Unauthorized access to medical data may lead to altering this data which may further prove fatal for the patient health. As different types of techniques have been proposed to protect this data during transmission, but still there are some possibilities of some advancement in them. As now a days security and privacy are major concern thereby, in this paper a chaos based encryption scheme is proposed for securing medical images The basic idea behind this paper is image encryption and decryption using combined key sequence of Logistic map and Duffing map by shuffling the adjacent pixels. Both the Key sequences are combined using XOR function to obtain single key sequence {Ka}. The obtained key sequence {Ka} is used to encrypt the image. Security analysis of the proposed scheme is analyzed using parameters such as Visual analysis Histogram and Correlation Coefficient Analysis. Results are encouraging and show that the proposed scheme is immune to statistical attacks. |
