The main vector for the development of modern education is improvement of its quality, and the general guideline for social development is the digitalization of various spheres of human activity. Now digitalization has already become an integral part of our life, and digital transformation covers, along with other spheres of human life, the sphere of education. In this regard, new requirements are imposed on graduates who have received quality education. One of the indicators of the quality of the received education is the registry of the necessary competencies owned by the young specialist. The purpose of the research described in the article was to determine the list of key competencies and skills of graduates of educational institutions of higher education. The article presents the results of the analysis of different domestic and foreign approaches to the "set" of competencies and skills necessary in the digital era. As a result, the conducted theoretical research, analytical data from employers' surveys made it possible to identify competencies and skills, the formation and development of which must be guided by graduates of educational organizations. In general, the conclusion is made about the composition of the list of demanded competencies and skills of a modern educated person in the context of digitalization. |
