Popis:	The socialist state is the only state which undertakes to protect and continuously improve the health of the whole population. This is provided for by a system of socioeconomic and medical measures. There will be an extensive program designed to prevent and sharply reduce diseases, wipe out mass infectious diseases and further increase longevity. The needs of the urban and rural populations in all forms of highly-qualified medical services will be met in full.
