Popis: This paper presents results of an unsteady simulation of a detailed nose landing gear. The discussion focuses on a steering system which is one of the most important nose landing gear source of noise. The results show that the complex geometry of the steering device generates acceleration in the flow field. The vorticies generated by the hydraulic pipes are pointed out and a wide frequency range pressure spectra is presented.
