Calculation of transportation of the stowing composite based on the waste of water-soluble ores

Popis: In the course of the study, we investigated the rheological properties of the stowing composite. The speed of the stowing mix based on water-soluble ores was calculated. The coefficient of the transport concentration of solids in the hydraulic composite was determined. We also calculated the yield value of the carrier medium for the studied hydraulic composite and established the positive effect of the activation treatment of hydraulic composite components. The calculations showed insufficient transportability of the stowing mix based on water-soluble ores. It deems reasonable to perform activation treatment of the waste of water-soluble ores since it increases the volume of fine particle fractions by 10%, which, in turn, improves the rheological properties of the stowing composite and doubles the length of its transportation.
