| Popis: | The usefulness of supported employment for some persons with visual impairments is the topic of this paper. Current models of supported employment are briefly reviewed, as well as current definitions of visual impairment. Roles of the team members and strategies for effectively implementing supported employment for persons with visual impairments are examined. Finally, funding issues and challenges to practitioners are presented. |
