Popis:	Thorium chloride dissolved in molten sodium chloride can be electrolyzed in a continuous process for the production of granular, high purity thorium metal powder. The preparation of anhydrous chloride, its electrolysis in an expanded scale cell, and the purity and some mechanical properties of the product thorium are described.
