Popis:	We prove several results about the Barnes G-function. In particular, we correct an error in one of the known formulas involving \(G(\cdot )\), as well as in some further equations which depend on it. We also study an integral involving the cosecant function, and prove several relations with the G-function and some other special functions. These relations allow us to calculate certain definite integrals which appear to be new.
