Popis: This research discusses the law enforcement process during the Covid-19 pandemic in the city of Makassar. In addition, it also discussed the effectiveness of legal sanctions for Violation of Health Protocols in Kola Makassar. The results of this study refer to various policies regarding Health Protocols by the Makassar City Government, such as in the form of Circulars, Mayor Regulations, Appeals, and so on. The results of this study refer to the Circular of the Mayor of Makassar Number 551.1/05/SE/2020 concerning the Prevention and Spread of the 2019 Corona Virus Disease in the Scope of City Transportation and Crossing Transportation in Makassar Bay, Makassar Mayor Regulation Number 16 of 2020 concerning Restrictions on People's Activities, Activities Business and Mode of Transportation in Makassar City, and so on.Law enforcement against people who do not apply the protocol Health services in Makassar City are carried out by the Police, TNI, and Satpol PP by conducting judicial operations. Sanctions given by the Makassar City Government to health protocol violators are in the form of warnings, written sanctions, administrative fines, social work to temporary closures.
