In terms of legal science about legal relations, a legislatorial person is an independent subject. The birth of a legal entity has an important meaning and marks a development step of the law. The theory of legal entities has been formed quite early in the world and is gradually developing and advancing. In the process of integration and development, Vietnam has absorbed experiences from other countries and legislate a sovereign institution for legal entities in the Civil Code. Through the three Civil Codes, the legal entity has increasingly affirmed its role as a legal instrument with important and practical significance for economic development. The establishment of a legal entity aims not only to gain profits from assets put into investment, but also to ensure material conditions for management, scientific, charity and social activities. |
