Popis: | A ceramic resistor with high-resistivity and a low thermal coefficient has been developed. The use of this ceramic material as a cylindrical electrode realizes an electrostatic lens with low spherical aberration. A ceramic electron gun based on a new concept has been developed for high resolution projection CRTs. |
