Popis: | Two independent sets of ionic composition data have been made during the recent solar minimum period. One set, obtained in early 1963, covers the 90–240 km region; the other, obtained in early 1964, covers the 400–1200 km region. These data may be combined to provide an over-all picture of the solar minimum daytime ionosphere. The composite picture that emerges is shown in Figure 1. |
