The principles of improving sanitary legislation in terms of its application in urban planning are considered. A methodology for combining the three classifications is proposed: a) in the Federal Law on Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population; b) in the Classification of normative and methodological documents of the system of state sanitary and epidemiological rationing and c) in the generalized sanitary rules and norms as amended after 2020. In axiology, when assessing the completeness of knowledge, Guidelines are considered as due for practice and existing for integration and improvement. A new content of territorial zones and the need for the formation of three functional zones based on the principles of hygienic rationing are proposed. |
