Popis: | PS-PEO di- or triblock copolymer micelles of various compositions and molecular weights in waterwere investigated by light scattering. The hydrodynamic radius values for the micelles were in good accord with the scaling relationship of Halperin's star model. The star model was then incorporated into the data analysis to obtain the aggregation number and core radii. With these parameters the validity of the Noolandi-Hong mean density micelle model by using their equations to calculate the Flory-Huggins parameters for the interaction of PEO-water and PEO-PS. |
