This article explores the problem of distributing workload among employees by project manager. Many software development companies nowadays use task management software to keep track of their projects and current tasks. While these software products offer various capabilities to configure your own project flow, keeping track of employees’ workload is often quite limited. As a result, it leads to inefficient task distribution, employee burnout and deadlines overdue. This work has generally review character comparing man-hour distribution capabilities among a selection of task managers and a number of ways to supplement the missing functionalities. |
