Popis: | In the present study, Au/GrO nanoporous-sized were successfully synthesized via microwave process based on the reaction between graphene oxide and AuHCl4. 3H2O solution by adding tetramethyl orthosilicate to a 1 mM HCl solution. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy, Besides, to investigate the concentration effect of pomegranate juice as the green capping agent on the morphology and particle size of Au, nanoporous several experiment were performed. The XRD results indicated that pure orthorhombic Au/GrO nanoporous without any impurities could be obtained. According to BET results by increase power microwave porosity of nanoparticle increases. |
