Popis:	This article is devoted to the development of the methodological approach to the formation of an effective portfolio of innovative-investment projects at the industrial enterprise in the conditions of resource constraints. In the article the main goals, objectives, algorithm of formation of a portfolio are described, as well as methodological framework for the analysis of socio-economic and synergetic effects.
