Popis: | The study of organizational routines has benefited from the work of scholars coming from a variety of disciplinary perspectives. However, there is evidence of serious misunderstanding and problems of communication across methodological divides. We focus on how the contribution of economics-oriented work in this area has been widely misinterpreted, with particular reference to the relationship between routines and change. We also discuss the potential for resolving many of these difficulties. |
