Popis:	Authors reported a young adult with Guhl’s arthroscopic stage III unstable thin bony backing flap lesion (Aichroth’s extended classical type) of osteochondritis dissecans in the right knee which was successfully treated with fixation of the unstable OCD fragment utilizing the biodegradable meniscus screws, and simultaneous multiple drilling of fixated fragment. Based on the result, it is thought that the preservation of thin bony backing fragment lesion among the unstable OCD without extraction is possible by the above surgical procedure.
