The article considers the competence approach, necessary for the assessment and development of the personnel of the credit organization; a comparative analysis of models of staff competencies used in such large banks of Russia as Sberbank and VTB; identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the models. It is concluded that the competence model is a reliable basis for the effective construction of the entire personnel management system of the bank in order to maximize the full and effective use of the professional potential of its employees. |
