The object of the research is the production technology of a hybrid electronic device Ñombining the advantages of the classic subtractive technology for the production of textolite-based PCBs with the achievements of the printing industry in the production of printed electronic components.The goal of the work is to analyze modern methods of printed electronic components production and to develop technology for designing and manufacturing hybrid electronic devices.To achieve this goal, the following tasks are accomplished:â Analysis of the printed electronics industry progress and current state.â Review of existing technologies for the printed electronic components production, including substrate materials, printing inks, component design, printing technologies.â Analysis of the specific properties of available printing technologies.â Design of the hybrid device architecture.â Hybrid device prototypes manufacturing and evaluation.â Development of recommendations on the use of the suggested technology.This masterâs degree thesis was prepared on the basis of the "Arrival RUS" LLC with the support of qualified specialists and engineers of the company.Prototype samples of the hybrid electronic device were manufactured by means of the generic household equipment as the result of the research. Recommendations for improving the technology and introducing it into production process were developed based on results of the prototype production and testing. |
