Popis:	An analysis of the dynamic response of coplanar crimped elastic filaments is presented, and the natural frequencies of vibration are obtained with the aid of a digital computer. These results are then compared with experimental results from a series of tests in which alternating current was passed through steel wire specimens in a magnetic field.
