Popis: | Raman scattering and photoluminescence spectroscopies have been used to characterize polycrystalline diamond films deposited on molybdenum substrates by laminar and turbulent premixed oxygen-acetylene flames in air. Samples deposited under laminar flame conditions are characterized by a high degree of incorporation of nitrogen-vacancy complexes. However, samples deposited with a turbulent flame show a significant decrease in the concentration of these defects and a reduction of the amorphous carbon film component. |
