Popis: How do we gain market share? is a critical question, and the answer is usually anything but obvious. The ability to answer the question correctly is the hallmark of a growing and profitable company. This article presents a model of price, quality and value that can be used to explore answers to the question of market-share gain. The model is strategic in the sense that all measures are defined relative to the competition.
