Popis: Maulina F, Nelly N, Hidrayani, Hamid H. 2016. Species diversity and parasitization of rice bug (Leptocorisa oratorius Fabricus) egg parasitoids in Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. Pros Sem Nas Masy Biodiv Indon 2: 109-112. Captivity is one type of conservation effort for fauna outside its natural habitat, especially species traded such as Asiatic soft-shell turtle (Amyda cartilaginea Boddaert, 1770). Feed is the most important element for labi-labi survival in captivity, because the species are not able to feed themselves. The limited information of composition and preference level of labi-labi in captivity becomes an obstacle in the management of labi-labi. This research aimed to determine the composition, amount of feed (weight), the level of preference for the type of feed and the nutritional content of each type of feed consumed by A. cartlaginea in captivity. The calculation of feed was conducted by using a complete randomized design and Neu’s Index to determine the level of preference to the feed type. The result showed that A. cartlaginea had a level of preference for certain types of feed with a daily feed consumption rate of about 83%. The composition of the type of feed consumed daily in the form of cassava, which was about 83%, was the most preferred type of feed among other types of feed that were catfish about 11% and chicken intestine about 6%. This type of feed in the form of cassava got a good enough response though for the first time given as variation of feed type.
