The topic of the final qualifying work: "Apartment hotel with a ventilated curtain facade". In this paper, we considered the ways of energy efficiency of a suspended ventilated facade, as well as the economic benefits of its use. The purpose of the study is to select the optimal thickness of the insulation insulation layer of the NVF, to prevent the appearance of bridges. To achieve this goal, the design of the building of the apartment hotel, located in the city of St. Petersburg, was carried out. For comparison, 4 types of NVF were considered. The installation and energy efficiency were evaluated. As a result of the work, the optimal design of the NVF for the projected object was selected out of cost-saving considerations. In addition, the selected NVF provides a comfortable environment inside the fenced premises in the cold season. Currently, high-rise buildings with a large area of a hinged ventilated facade are very popular among designers and architects. This is due to the fact that such buildings have an attractive appearance, provide a high level of energy efficiency and a long service life of the suspended ventilated facade system. |
