Popis: | This paper proposes the novel high accuracy and low complexity measurement for channel occupancy ratio (COR) and channel transition ratio (CTR). In cognitive radio, the terminal selects the suitable channel in order to obtain more access opportunities. Since the primary user is usually modeled by Markov model, the COR and the CTR of primary user are suitable parameters for estimating access opportunities in a channel. The high accuracy measurements of COR and CTR have been considered, so far but the computational complexities of them are quite large. This paper uses the tentative TR estimated by the state condition results with high reliability for updating the state condition results with low reliability. For reducing computational complexity, the updating of state condition results with high reliability is omitted. From the computer simulation, we show the proposed measurement achieves higher accuracy but lower complexity measurement than the conventional ones. |
