Popis: | The paper investigates the performance of the underlay cognitive radio network. We propose a relay selection protocol to enhance the throughput and to obtain reduced outage probability in the ad hoc network. The proposed work is based on relay selection aided with energy harvesting to serve communication between the secondary nodes. We have formulated a closed-form expression for the proposed work and differentiated the outage probability and throughput with other partial relay selection techniques. Further, decode and forward (DF) relaying with Rayleigh fading channel is considered in this work to improve the end-to-end channel gain. The performance evaluation indicates that the proposed cooperative relay selection scheme has marginally enhanced by increasing the number of relay node. |
