Popis:	The present case concerns a solitary growth of the gingiva which appeared clinically to be a pyogenic granuloma but which, in fact, represented a reticulum-cell sarcoma. This malignant tumor was successfully treated by conservative excision. There was no recurrence in the oral cavity.
