Popis: | The infrared multiphoton dissociation (IRMPD) of the vanadyl β-diketonate, bis(pivaloy1 trifluoroacetone) oxo vanadium (IV). is compared to that of VOCl 3 . The IRMPD of the 48 atom molecule is similar to that of the analogous uranyl β-diketonates. The frequency selectivity suggests a three- or four-fold isotopic effect, but the experimental enrichment is less than 1.06. ln contrast, the VOCl 3 shows inhomogeneous absorption and peak broadening. |
