Popis:	Nasal tip hemangiomas may have deleterious effects on the psychosocial development of a child. Early surgical intervention has been shown to be beneficial. The technique discussed here is excision of a hemangioma via open rhinoplasty without resection of the excess skin. The excess skin is allowed to contract over time and in the majority of cases nasal tip projection is maintained. There have been no recurrences of the hemangioma.
