Popis:	Our present work concerns the investigation of the interference effect of zinc complexes of monobasic open-chain hydroxy-carboxylic acids in the atomic absorption determination of calcium in acetylene/air flame. The interfering effect could be eliminated with the help of hydrogen-iodide.
