Danish Abstract: Artiklen er en kort, hurtig og overordnet indgang til konstitutionel nodret i dansk forfatningsret. Den redegor kort og overordnet for, 1) hvilket retligt faenomen eller juridisk systembegreb konstitutionel nodret er. Artiklen redegor for og vurderer ligeledes kort og overordnet 2) hjemmelsgrundlaget for konstitutionel nodret i Danmark, 3) de faktiske omstaendigheder til konstitution af konstitutionel nodret, 4) kravene til anvendelsen af konstitutionel nodret, 5) domstolsprovelsen af konstitutionel nodret samt 6) eventuelt ansvar for fejlskon m.v. under den konstitutionelle nodret. English Abstract: The article is a short, quick and overall introduction to Danish constitutional emergency law. The article explains shortly and overall, which: 1) legal phenomenon or judicial concept constitutional emergency law is. The article explains and analyzes shortly and overall, 2) the legal basis for constitutional emergency law in Denmark, 3) the circumstances that can constitute constitutional emergency law, 4) the application requirements of constitutional emergency law, 5) the judicial review of constitutional emergency law and 6) the eventual legal responsibility, including damages, under flawed assessments, etc., under constitutional emergency law. |
