| Popis: | 3-Oxa-5-methyleneisocarbacyclin (14a) and 3-Oxa-5-ethylideneisocarbacyclin (19a) were synthesized. Compound 14a showed a potent antiplatelet aggregating activity, whereas 19a was inactive. |
