Massive progress has been made in the field of modeling the brain signals which are taped by the Electroencephalography (EEG), functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) and so on. BCILAB is a toolbox in MATLAB which is composed of predefined algorithms which may expedite research for advancement of BCI methods and with that condense the time requirement for the real-time scrutinization of brain signals. Prominence is on implementation of CSP on EEG data with its steps explanation and procedure on BCI toolkit. The results obtained shows the Structure of predictive model can be visualized and the liner weights of classifier assigned to different features and the CSP model consist of six set of parameters that can be interpreted as pre channel weights and forms a map. |
