Popis: The latest technical revolution introduces information and communication technologies in all spheres of social relations and human life. Active digital modernization of many processes in the judiciary and advocacy has begun, through the use of modern electronic hardware, IoT devices, specialized software, artificial intelligence, chatbots, webbots, etc. These processes have a positive impact on the organization of judicial and advocacy activities, as they improve the quality, level and speed of work of judges and lawyers. The vast majority of information created and used in the judiciary and advocacy has text file formats structured in accordance with the requirements of procedural codes and regulations, which contain stable rules of law and formal-ized descriptions of events or actions of subjects. This promotes the use of modern methods and digital technologies for analytical processing of court materials. World experience in the use of artificial intelligence, neural networks and other types of software shows positive prospects for the introduction of electronic courts. The introduction of modern information technologies and processes in the judiciary and the bar has a number of risks, one of which is that in fact the current system is testing the mechanism of automated, without human intervention, the creation of justice. At this initial stage, it is studied whether artificial intelligence, which manages specialized software products and IoT devices, is able to sufficiently process all information materials of the trial, provide them with a legal assessment and prepare a draft lawful and reasonable decision. communication technology and artificial intelligence in the judiciary and advo-cacy is an irreversible process. Currently, it is at an early stage, which can be classified as research work using modern information and communication technologies, which is quite temporarily chaotic, despite attempts at regulation by the state. However, this process is positive and aimed at achieving the goal of improving the efficiency of justice in Ukraine.
