Popis: The number of complications of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) has been growing in clinics of maxillofacial surgery and otorhinolaryngology in the past two years. Among them, lesions of the jaw bones, nasal bones and paranasal sinuses are predominate. As a result of the studies, it was found that with coronavirus infection, multiple microvascular and macrovascular disorders occur, resulting in necrosis of the jaws and paranasal sinuses, often leading to life-threatening conditions, due to the anatomical proximity of brain structures. The article presents a cli-nical observation of a patient with extensive osteonecrosis of the upper jaw, which developed against the background of postcovid purulent pasinusitis, complicated by a secondary rhinogenic intracerebral abscess of the right fronto-parietal region of the brain. The provoking factors, the most characteristic symptoms, the X-ray picture at different stages of the disease, the tactics of treating such complications are considered.
