Popis:	Piezoelectric photothermal spectroscopy has been used for measurements of the optical and thermal parameters of semiconductors. The investigated crystals were grown by the high-pressure Bridgman method under argon overpressure. The obtained photoacoustic (PA) spectra show the complexity of the effects observed for the different groups of selected A2B6 crystals. These effects comprise ideal samples and samples with damaged surfaces. The spectra show the influence of the surface treatment on the PA amplitude and phase spectra.
