In the work the commodity characteristic of silicone forms for baking is given, requirements to their quality and without danger are considered. A comparative assessment of the quality of silicone molds from different manufacturers. The range of silicone forms for baking in the retail trade enterprise of the trade network "Domovoy" is analyzed, the survey of consumers about their preferences at the choice of forms for baking is carried out. On the basis of research the ways of improvement of the trade range are offered. |
