Целью исследования настоящей выпускной квалификационной работы явилось проведение экспертизы качества силиконовой посуды Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ и разработка предложений, Ð½Ð°Ð¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð½Ð° совершенствование торгового ассортимента в розничном торговом предприятии сети «Домовой». В работе дана товароведная Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ° ÑÐ¸Ð»Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ для выпечки, рассмотрены требования к Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ñ‡ÐµÑÑ‚Ð²Ñƒ и безопасности. Проведена сравнительная оценка качества ÑÐ¸Ð»Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹. Проанализирован ассортимент ÑÐ¸Ð»Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ для выпечки в розничном торговом предприятии торговой сети «Домовой», проведен опрос потребителей об Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‡Ñ‚ÐµÐ½Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ выборе форм для выпечки. На основании исследований предложены пути совершенствования торгового ассортимента.
58 p., 10 pic., 11 tab., 20 sources, 1 app. The purpose of the study of this final qualifying work was the examination of the quality of silicone cookware of various manufacturers and the development of proposals aimed at improving the range of trade in the rose-nichnom trading enterprise network "Brownie". In the work the commodity characteristic of silicone forms for baking is given, requirements to their quality and without danger are considered. A comparative assessment of the quality of silicone molds from different manufacturers. The range of silicone forms for baking in the retail trade enterprise of the trade network "Domovoy" is analyzed, the survey of consumers about their preferences at the choice of forms for baking is carried out. On the basis of research the ways of improvement of the trade range are offered.
