Popis: | Application of the solid-phase extraction interface for high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to problems of pharmaceutical interest is described. A diagram of the interface and description of its use is given. Application of the system to the identification of isomers and degradation products in active ingredients, and contaminants in product excipients are described. The advantages of the use of the solid-phase extractor interface, and its use in on-column and on-extractor preconcentration to increase sensitivity are described. |
