Popis: | A reasonable understanding of the smallness of the ρ′→ππ to the ρ′→ρππ branching ratio in the context of the quark-pair creation model (QPCM) is achieved. Our crucial hypothesis consists in assuming that the ρ can be phenomenologically considered as a gauge particle which couples to the derivative ρ′ππ coupling through a gauge principle. This fixes unambiguously the ρ′→ρππ amplitude. |
