Popis:	Glucose-6-phosphatase (G-6-Pase) activity has been studied cytochemically and regarded as a marker enzyme of endoplasmic reticulum in many tissues as liver, kidney, intestine et al(1) But the G-6-Pase was seldom studied in heart muscle cells. The purpose of the present paper is to study G-6-Pase reaction cytochemically in the sarcoplasmic reticulum of rat heart muscle cells and its distribution in the myocardial cells.
