Popis: | The properties of a three-layer Ta/Fe/Pt spintronic THz emitter based on the inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE) are investigated. Although Ta shows only a very weak ISHE a considerable enhancement of the generated THz amplitude was observed in comparison with a two-layer Fe/Pt system. The dependence on the total layer thickness is discussed in detail and explained in terms of the modified total impedance of the three-layer system. |
