Isothermal amplification and graphene based detection of circulating multiplex miRNAs

Popis: This study developed simple multiplex miRNA amplification and detection platform using the combination of RCA approach and fluorescence quenching property of reduced graphene oxide. miRNA 29 and miRNA 144*, which are short noncoding RNA (22 nt) found highly expressed in the blood circulation of tuberculosis patients, are chosen for the development model. Our combination approaches could detect miRNA with the high sensitivity and has a potential for development of the high throughput screening and detection of circulating miRNAs.
