Popis:	A 35-year-old woman presented with bilateral optic disc edema. Laboratory findings, radiologic investigations, and the clinical picture confirmed the diagnosis of pseudotumor cerebri complicating brucellosis. The patient improved with antibiotic therapy for brucellosis. In this patient, the mechanism of pseudotumor cerebri in this specific infection may be explained by an immune-mediated response causing a blockage in cerebrospinal fluid absorption due to vascular inflammation of the arachnoid villi.
