Popis: | The method of lactate determination in wine by amperometric biosensor based on platinum screen-printed electrode SensLab and lactate oxidase immobilized in polymer PEDT by electrochemical polymerization was optimized. Platinum screen-printed electrode SensLab without enzymatic membrane was demonstrated to show no response to wine, must and main wine interferents. The selectivity of created lactate biosensor was investigated. The main wine interferents were shown to have no effect on the work of created lactate biosensor. Lactate content in several types of wine and must was determined with created biosensor, and the results were compared with those obtained by traditional analytical method such as HPLC. A good correlation between data obtained by the biosensor method and HPLC was shown. |
