Popis: | A procedure is proposed and production schemes are provided for processing graded secondary nonferrous metal and alloy material in the form of loose turnings, by-passing melting. Features are considered for preparation technology of worked semifinished products from composite materials turnings based on aluminum and copper alloys using briquetting, discrete and continuous compaction, and also cold rolling and drawing. An example is provided for one of the proposed schemes for producing welding wire from alloy AK12 turnings, and mechanical properties are given for the worked semifinished products obtained. |
